• Payment information — handled by Stripe. We receive a payment confirmation and a customer identifier; we do not store your card number.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths) used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account and your pixel claims.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To display your public profile page and community listings.
• To detect abuse, moderate content, and keep the Service reliable.
• To respond to your support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers that help us run the Service, including our hosting and database provider and Stripe for payments. Public claim content (image, message, city, links) is visible to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Retention

Account and claim data is kept while your account is active. Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time; public claim content tied to a completed purchase may be retained in an anonymized form to preserve the integrity of the map.

• Request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
